Southpark Residence

This renovation and addition to a 1950's ranch home in the Southpark neighborhood of Charlotte, NC was completed in the Fall of 2013 by the very talented Benham Builders. The interior of this home was completely gutted and remodeled. Walls were removed and spaces were reconfigured such that the original layout of the home wasn't even distinguishable. The ceiling of the great room was vaulted to the rafters with trusses added for structural support and visual interest. When complete the home was a beautiful mix of rustic charm and modern updates.
