OXFORD SQUARE APARTMENTS

248 Class A apartments on 9 acres in Howard County, Maryland - a suburb area to Baltimore. Designed (with others) and managed by Stuart while with Housing Studio.

This project is a medium density development of V-A construction and concrete podium. It is comprised of 4 buildings situated around surface parking and a pool plaza. This particular development is a part of a much larger master plan for the area that includes a MARC transit station and commercial development. The apartments opened in Spring of 2016 and has been a big success for the area and it's owner Woodfield Investments.
