After watching her mother design her childhood home, Leslie took the idea and ran with it. In third grade she learned the word “architect” and from then there was no looking back. Leslie grew up in the woods of Kentucky, surrounded by the creativity of artistic family members. Leslie grew up to observe the world around her and find beauty in all things. 

After graduating in 2005 from the College of Architecture at UNCC, Leslie began her career in Charlotte. She and her husband Stuart enjoyed living in the local arts district and completing various DIY projects in their tiny, post-war home. A decade later, with their own family expanding, they moved to Oxford to be closer extended family.

Leslie loves spending time with her two girls, finding new ways to make artistic messes, and working together to plan and execute over the top birthday cakes! When it comes to her design work, Leslie finds joy in collaborating with clients to find all the special ways that will make their particular project efficient, unique, and beautiful.
