This development is a class-A high density urban infill development of III-A construction and concrete podiums. There is a partially enclosed parking garage for 480 cars. The project was completed in 2014 by the owner Northwood Ravin as the residential anchor to the Perimeter Town Center Improvement District; a large mixed use master planned development.
