Campus view apartments

Campus View Apartments is a 107 apartment / 351 bed student apartment project on 2.11 acres in Clemson, SC right on the edge of campus. Designed and managed (with others) by Stuart while with Housing Studio.

This project is a high density urban infill development of III-A construction and concrete podium. There is a partially enclosed parking garage for 330 cars. It also included over 11,000 square feet of commercial retail space at the street level. This project was completed in 2014 and opened with almost all units leased. Overlooking the iconic Bowman field and positioned at the center of the Earl Street redevelopment it was an instant success for it's owner McAlister Development Company.
