Brent Swain became a member of the Develop Design Studio family as a Project Architect in May 2023.  Previously Brent was the Principal Architect of Sustainable Architecture PLLC since 2007, specializing in passive solar and passive house design.  Brent is a LEED Accredited Professional (BD+C), and has practiced architecture since he graduated from Texas A&M University in 2000 (M.Arch).  Brent also has had a career in music as a professional violist, choir director and music teacher.  He enjoys running and family time with his two creative children, Francis and Gabriel.
