179 Class A apartments on 2.25 acres in downtown Raleigh, Nc. Designed and managed (with others) by Stuart while with Housing Studio. This project is a high density urban infill development of V-A construction and steel frame superstructure. There is a partially enclosed parking garage for 200+ cars. 

This development opened in 2009. It has been a major part of the redevelopment of the Glenwood South Entertainment District.
